DSCN7487 - Burt (W1DFU) running 20m CW. Rig is an IC703+, with Icom 250 Hz filter. Logging computer is an old Dell P3M running a web browser. The battery is a 75 AH gelcel. The W4RRY converter and the Rig Runner are visible on the table. Burt's favorite Vibroplex paddles are there also. The lump of stuff by the computer is a Black Diamond LED headlamp for after dark. It worked out very well. The fan and the computers were run off of AC supplied by a 500 watt sine wave inverter run from two big deep cell batteries kept topped up by solar panels.
